Order was fulfilled but status doesn't update in sku.io

If an order has been fulfilled through a shipping service platform (Shipstation or Starshipit) and the status appears as awaiting tracking in sku.io, try the following steps:


  • Search and select the fulfillment to update, within the Fulfillment section
  • Select Update tracking statuses within Bulk Actions
