If you become aware of a Sales Order that appears in the Sales Channel but not within sku.io, try the following steps:
Confirm the Sales Order isn't in sku.io by searching for it within the Sales Order table
Search within the Sales Channel Integration as a Pending Order
- Access Apps & Integrations from the side menu, search for the Shopify store to review, and select Configure
- Within the Shopify Store Integration, access Orders and Pending Orders
- Search for the Sales Order within this table
- If the Sales Order exists, select Create SKU by right-clicking or from the Bulk Actions menu
Search within the Sales Channel Integration as an Order not being downloaded
- Access Orders and Order Settings
- Manually download orders by choosing either
- Date range can be date either created between or updated between
- Shopify id (from Shopify URL)
- Date range can be date either created between or updated between
