Shopify Sales Order doesn't appear

If you become aware of a Sales Order that appears in the Sales Channel but not within sku.io, try the following steps:

  • Confirm the Sales Order isn't in sku.io by searching for it within the Sales Order table

  • Search within the Sales Channel Integration as a Pending Order

    1. Access Apps & Integrations from the side menu, search for the Shopify store to review, and select ConfigureAccess Shopify Integration
    2. Within the Shopify Store Integration, access Orders and Pending OrdersAccess Pending Orders  
    3. Search for the Sales Order within this table
    4. If the Sales Order exists, select Create SKU by right-clicking or from the Bulk Actions menu
  • Search within the Sales Channel Integration as an Order not being downloaded

    1. Access Orders and Order Settings
    2. Manually download orders by choosing either
      1. Date range can be date either created between or updated between
         
      2. Shopify id (from Shopify URL)
