User Management

This is a feature accessible only to Admin users.

Admins access this section in Settings > General > Users


User Permission Scheme

  • Normal User
    • Limited access to specific sections
    • Can only view/create Sales Orders, Fulfillments, Purchase Orders, Products and Inventory 
    • Can't view dashboards or financial details
  • Power User
    • Unlimited access to all sections
    • Can configure new and existing integrations
    • Can view all dashboards and financial information
  • Admin
    • Same permissions as the Power User
    • Access to the User management section


Add new User

  1. Select New User
  2. Add Full Name, Email and select the permissions
    1. Admin: select Is Admin (Is Power User selects automatically)
    2. Power User: select Is Power User
    3. Normal User: leave Admin and Power User unselected
  3. Select Create
    1. Email is sent to the new user with steps to create a password and finalize the process.


Update User permissions

  1. Select a user name from the list
  2. Select Edit
  3. Update the permissions and Save


Deactivate User

  1. Select a user name from the list
  2. Select Deactivate
  3. Confirm
Users are not deleted from the system, only disabled. This keeps the data and movements done by the user.
