Assign Sales Pricing Tier

This can be accomplished in several ways:

Refer to Add Products Via Sales Channel Listings. When creating items this way map 'Price' to the preferred pricing tier which would be price.pricing tier name.value
  • Update the item pricing tier via CSV upload

    • Create a CSV file with at least these columns:
      • sku
      • price.pricing tier name.value
      • id (column needed if sku exists and the item will update. If left blank, item will be created)
    • Upload the CSV, verify and save
  • Assign one or more pricing tiers from the product drawer

    • Open item drawer
    • Edit item details
    • Select Pricing tiers, add the amount, and save

Supplier Pricing Tier

Create the supplier pricing tier in Settings > Purchasing > Supplier Pricing Tiers

  1. Set the Pricing tier name

  2. Select the Currency and Save

Select a Pricing Tier as the system default

  1. Choose a Pricing Tier from the list
  2. Select Pricing Tier
  3. Enable the check Default Pricing Tier and save

Assign Purchase Pricing Tier to Supplier

The pricing tiers added to a Supplier will be available to the Supplier's assigned items. The following are the steps to add the pricing tier to a Supplier

  • Assign one or more pricing tiers from the supplier drawer

    1. Open supplier drawer
    2. Edit supplier details
    3. Search and select Pricing Tiers and Save
    4. Set a Pricing Tier as default within the Default Settings
      • The default pricing tier will be used for Purchase Orders, consider this if they are to be auto-generated.
Note: this can be updated to a different pricing tier

Add amount to Supplier Pricing Tier for each product

  • Update the Supplier Pricing Tier via CSV upload

    • Create a CSV file with at least these columns:
      • sku
      • supplier_pricing.pricing tier name.value
      • id (column needed if sku exists and the item will update. If left blank, item will be created)
    • Upload the CSV, verify and save
  • Manually add pricing from the product drawer

    1. Open item drawer
    2. Edit item details
    3. Review the Source section and the Cost options.
    4. Add the amount and save.
Note: An item can be sourced from multiple suppliers, add them and include the pricing.
