Configure Data Tables

Our Data Tables allow you to access the view/filter/sort the data.
Any link found in the Data Table will open as a drawer to further the record details.


All Data Tables have a default sku.io view , this view can’t be modified but can be demoted from being the default view


Filter table content

Filter via a specific filter set

  1. Select + Add Filter from Filter menu item

  2. Set the filter parameters, it filters the table content dynamically

  3. Add more filters if needed, with the operand “And” or “Or”

Filter via Search Query

Add a search query to filter the data table content

Filter via Right click table row (Products table only)

  • Filter by
  • Filter Out

Quick access to filter menu

Breadcrumb

As you add filters, they will appear as a breadcrumb, arranged in the order they were added.

When clicking on a filter, it clears the succeeding filters.


Sort table content

The table content can be sorted by multiple parameters.

  • Sort menu item

Add any or all sorting parameters.
It will prioritize the sorting according to the order in which they are added.

  • Right click table header (Products table only)

Change Columns

The table’s columns can be updated to display certain content in a specific order.

  1. Select Actions, and ‘Change Columns’

  2. Select columns to display

  3. Some section headers allow the subsections to be viewed as a group, the option between ‘Grouped” or 'Individual’

  4. Columns selected to be displayed can be rearranged by drag and drop.

Save a View

Once filters, sorting and columns have been updated, these parameters can be saved as a View for future access.

  1. Select Save as New View

  2. Add the name for the view, and click Save.

  3. It will be added to the list of Views and is automatically added as a Favorite View

Favorite a View

Recommended for when the View will be frequently consulted.
Favorite or Unfavorite

  1. Select the arrow next to the default view
  2. Navigate the list to the View to favorite
  3. Select the star, or right-click the View 

 

Set a View as the default

To set a view as default

  1. Make sure it is the active view

  2. Select ‘Set Current View as Default’ from the view menu

  3. Confirm change
