Set up a Warehouse

Configure at least one Warehouse to accurately track the inventory movements.

Add a new Warehouse

From the side menu, select CRM > Warehouse

1. Select New Warehouse

2. Name and type are required

• Direct: your company’s warehouse locations

• 3PL: a 3rd party listing warehouse

Editing Warehouse details

1. Open the Warehouse details by accessing the name on the list view.
2. Select Edit
3. Update the information
   • Default Shipping Provider: Manual or Shipment provider configured. This option will be selected by default if order items are to be fulfilled from this warehouse.

     Note this can be updated later or on the order itself.

   • Contact email
   • Address Details
4. Save

Set Initial Inventory

1. Open the Warehouse details by accessing the name on the list view.
2. From the side menu, select Initial Inventory 
3. Select Download to get a sample file for the fields needed
4. Fill in the CSV file and upload
   • Products must exist within sku
   • ID corresponds to the product ID in SKU

The initial inventory is not necessary when setting up the initial configuration
